After lunch we went to the Dallas Arboretum and took
pictures with the billions of pumpkins.
Allie was so excited to take pictures in the Cinderella carriage. There was a hay bale maze and cut outs where
you could put your face through. For
dinner on Saturday night, the boys treated the girls to steaks and salad and
then we went out on the porch when all of the kiddos were in bed. On Sunday morning, everyone but your mom went
to an air show and watched World War 2 airplane fly overs. Your daddy sent me pictures as I got my hair
done. You looked adorable in your little
red head phones. I wore these same head
phones at a Formula One race when I was pregnant with you!
After the airshow, you and Ryan took a long
nap and then we piled into the Friend’s car and went to the Texas State
Fair. We parked far away so we loaded
you, stroller and all, into a tram that drove to an entrance. You were mesmerized when we walked through
the Midway. All of the lights and sounds
– you didn’t know what to do. We introduced
Allie and Ryan to Fletcher’s Corny Dogs and Big Tex and then we watched the
parade whenever it started to get dark.
I had you turned towards me because I thought the noise would scare you
but you started crying because you thought you were missing out on the
parade. As soon as I turned you around
to watch the parade, you were happy again.
My little FOMO baby! The Friends
left on Monday. It will be so much fun
watching you kiddos grow up and do fun things together.
You love your activity center. You love the green dragon and different animal sounds and sons. You love to eat everything - solid food and all. You still love to be outside to stroll or run. Your first time in an umbrella stroller facing outward was over the weekend.
You don't like to be strapped in your car sear. Don't contain me mom! You still don't like changing clothes.
